Examples of old command-line application

1)	Unpack chosen ZIP File *[name].zip* wherever you like.
2)	Open system console and set up current directory to directory where you unpacked the file *gtdips.jar*.
3)	Execute following command (depends on *[name]* of example and *[path]* to example files):

java -jar gtdips.jar -inputFile [path]source.txt -outputFile [path]target.txt -chainFile [path][name].chain.gtdips

Application will create file named target.txt from file source.txt according to chain definition file [name].chain.gtdips
